Okay, there we go!!

Open Reflet.
Click on the file and search the picture.
you have saved or that you want to use.

Put the settings this way:



Click on the filmboard and the water moves.

Now we are going to save it as a gif, click on .

The next screen will come up, set it like this:



click on Ok and save it in a file so you can find it again.

Open PSP and animationshop, search for your picture with
moving water and see the result!
