

Materials:
Everything here
1. Open all materials in PSP.
2. Open a new transparant image of 500/500. Selection/ Select all.
3. Copy the desert and paste into selection. Selection/ Select None.
4. Copy the tullip and paste as a new layer, resize image to 75%.
Put it in the lowerright corner.
5. Copy the ballerinatube and past as a new layer, resize this layer to
70% and put it on the leftside.
6. Activate the Preset Shapes Tool and put your backgroundcolour
on your desertgradient.
Use the settings of the shapes like on the example:

7. Draw the shape exactly over the ballerinatube.
Drag this layer under the dancers in your layerpalet.
Now you can see exactly if the shape is right.
Make a rasterlayer of it.
8. Effects/ Blur/ Gausian blur on 10.
9. Put the Shapes now in Starbust 4, same gradient and
draw a star of which the centre has to touch the centre
corner of your other shape.
Look at my example how it is done there.
10. Make this layer a rasterlayer in the layerpalet.
11. Effects/ Blur/ Gausian blur on 1.
12. Take care the layer with the ballerinatube stays on top in your
layerpalet.
13. Activate your Draw tool and put the foregroundcolour on
Silvergradient, like in the example:

Draw now around your image, like on the example:

14. Make the layer a rasterlayer in your layerpalet.
15. Activate your texttool, with the following settings:

16. Put your text at the top of your image, Effects/ 3-D/
Drop Shadow/the colour: #828AA5 with the following settings:

17. Merge all layers visible, image/add border/3 pixels/symetric on.
Cick with your mgicwand on the border and fill it with your
silvergradient.
18. Image/ add border/ 15 pixels/ click with your magicwand/
fill with dessertgradient/effects/ blur/ gausian blur on5.
Effects 3-D/ cutout with the following settings:

19. Do point 17 again.
20. Resize the image to 400 pixels and save as a JPG.
