With the last lesson we made a GIF out of a picture with the help
of Reflet.
Now we are going to make a frame around it.
Open PSP, open Animationshop and open the GIF you have saved.
Click in Animationshop on Edit and click on select all,
click afterwards on the blue bar with the left mousebutton
and again with the right mousebutton.
Now there appears a screen in which you click on export frames
to Paintshop pro.
Now you will see the image opening automaticly in Paintshop pro.
Open the layerpalet of the GIF and you will see the follow screen:

By clicking the glasses you close the second and third frame,
click on frame 1 so you open it. Click on the blue bar of your
GIF afterwards with the left mousebutton, again with the right
mousebutton so you see the screen in which you can click on copy.
Click again with the right mousebutton on the GIF and then
click on a new image.
Do this twice again with the second and third layer,
so you have a picture of every layer.
Click on the X of the GIF, there will appear a new screen with a
question, click on no.
Click on one of the three images, afterwards on image and then
add borders.
Now there opens up a screen and you click on yes.
On the next screen you can put the bordersize like you want to,
I have chosen for 15.
See example:

Click on your magic wand and click on the border that appeared
around your picture.
Now you see the 2 dotted lines meaning you have selected
the border.
Now click on the Flood Fill tool and choose a nice color or patern
for the frame.
Afterwards you click with the Flood fill tool between the two dotted lines.
See your color or patern in the frame.
Now to give the frame a nice shape click first on effect,
3-D effects and inner bevel.
You will see the following screen and take over the
following settings:

Now click on selections and select none.
Do the exact same thing to the other 2 pimages and save each
image separately.
Now open Animationshop and make an animation with the
three images you have saved.
Put the speed on 15.
If everything turned out okay you have made the following
GIF with frame.
