1. Place the filter in the plugin file of PSP.
2. Open PSP and open your tube.
3. Open a new transparant image of 500/500.
4. Fill the image with your flood fill tool, with the colour on #F1FFF1.
5. Now copy the cardinaltube and paste it as a new layer, resize to 30%.
Put it in the upperrightcorner. Duplicate this layer and mirror it,
so it's also on the leftside.
6. Merge these 2 tubelayers visible and duplicate in your layerpalet,
Flip this layer, so they are also on the bottom.
7. Put both the slides of the tubelayers on 50 in your layerpalet.
8. Merge all the layers visible and finished is your background.
9. Put your foregroundcolour on the goldgradient and your
backgroundcolour on #D62D2D.
10. Copy this tube and paste it as a new layer on your image, resize
to 75%.
11. Duplicate this layer in your layerpalet and close this layer.
12. Click on the tubelayer so it's activated, effects/ plugin/ toadies/
plain mosaic with the following settings:

13. Zoom in on your image and click with your magicwand on the
black line of the mosaic, Selections/ expand/ with 1 pixels.
It now looks like this:

14. Fill the border with your flood fill tool, with the goldpatern.
Select none.
15. Open the upper layer in your layerpalet again and resize it to 75%.
16. Give the tube a drop shadow with the following settings:

17. Activate your texttool now and use the following settings:

18. Typ the text and turn it so it comes nicely under your bird.
19. Selections/ Select all/ Selection/ floating/ selection/ modify/
contract with 2 pixels.
20. Effects/ 3-D/ Inner bevel with the following settings:

21. Select none. Use the same drop shadow as at point 16.
22. Merge all layers visible and resize your image to 400 pixels.
23. Effects/ 3-D/ Buttonize with the following settings, do this twice:

24. Add your watermark and save it as a JPG.
