1. Open the zipfile and unzip the filter in your plugin file of PSP.

2. Open PSP and open the tubes and the background.

3. Open the background and copy this, we are going work with this.

4. Effects/ plugin/ Eyecandy3/ Waterdrops with the following settings:



5. Copy the Splashtube now and paste as a new layer on your
background.

6. Copy the tube with the difficult name (LOL) the one of the foot,
paste as a new layer and resize it to 65%. Put it on the right position.

7. Activate the layer with the Splashtube in your layerpalet and click
with your magicwand outside the tube.
Activate the upper layer and click on delete.
Gone is all the superfluous, and the tube is now entirely on the Splash.

8. Selection/ Select none.

9. Effects/ 3-D/ Drop Shadow with the following settings:



10. On your layerpalet move to visibility to 60.

11. Merge all layers visible.

12. Effects/ Plugin/ Filter Unlimited 2.0/ Edges, Round/ edge 17.

13. Click with your magicwand outside the circle, pay attention
everything is selected, or else you can hold onto your shiftbutton
and click on it with your magicwand.

14. Selection/ Invert. Selection/ Modify/ Contract with 3 pixels.
Selection/ Invert. Push the delete button and all tunnecessary pixels
are gone .

15. Selection/ Select none.

16. Put your foregroundcolour on #CCB697 and your backgroundcolour
on #DED4CA and make of your backgroundcolour a gradient like in
the example:



17. Activate your texttool, take a nice font and use the following settings:



18. Put the text slope so the first letter will be on the upperside of the leg.
Make this layer a rasterlayer in your layerpalet.

19. Effects/ 3-D/ Innerbevel with the following settings:



20. Use the same Drop Shadow as on 9.

21. Merge the layers visible, add your mark. Resize the image to
400 pixels. Save as a PSP.

22. Open animationshop, open your image and save it as a GIF.
Now we have all finished this tag!
